Lisa Mortimer BSc (Hons) MRICS

Nick has enjoyed a varied and interesting career with global leading organisations principally engaged in multi-disciplinary work for corporate real estate portfolios. Nick has been directly employed at senior management level by major port operators Hutchison Ports (UK) Limited, DP World, and the P&O Group, as well as spending time with two global property consultancies. .


Most recently, Nick's roles have involved strategic and leadership management, mentoring, and delivery of organisational change, as well as maintaining hands-on property and estate management skills.


Nick’s core strengths and values lie in conceptual thinking and objective problem solving, forming innovative and creative solutions, and applying a sound knowledge of legal processes, contracts, and regulatory frameworks. 


And if ports were not a full enough day's job, he also enjoys spending time on the water sailing.

Lisa possesses a wide range of real estate skills, with detailed knowledge of planning, landlord and tenant matters. She prides herself on her commercial awareness, and applying her extensive experience to deliver tailored client services.


Having a versatile career as a Chartered Surveyor in the ports and maritime sector, Lisa has worked at Associated British Ports (Port of Southampton) and with consultants Knight Frank's Marine Team involved in The Crown Estate coastal property portfolio.


Lisa has been responsible for a wide spectrum of property-related initiatives, often bringing together a combination of public and private sector partners; Southampton City Council and Portsmouth City Council being two examples. Clients include Portsmouth International Port, Portico Shipping Ltd, Brett Aggregates, and New Forest District Council. 


Lisa is an external examiner for The University of Portsmouth's RICS Accredited MSc Coastal and Marine Resource Management course, which provides ongoinginsight into the conservation of coastal assets and related legislation.


By contrast, in her spare time Lisa can be found on the footplate, working on the Mid Hants Steam Railway "Watercress Line".
